Picture this, a giant machine from long ago called a steam-powered beam engine! It was created back in 1852 by two clever men named James Watt and Matthew Boulton. This engine was very special because it could rotate, condense, and work in two directions! It was so powerful that it was used to power mill machinery and saw wood! Can you imagine how cool that must have been?
You can find it at Combe Mill
This is in the Engine Room of Combe MIll and can be seen running when the Mill has a Steaming Event
