Did you know that the very first iPhone was presented to the world by a man named Steve Jobs? He was so excited about it that he said Apple was going to completely change how phones were made. And boy, did they do it! The first iPhone was announced on January 9, 2007, and then released on June 29, 2007. It cost $499 for the 4GB model and $599 for the 8GB model, which was a lot of money back then. But people were so amazed by this new device! It had a 3.5-inch display, a 2-megapixel camera, and something called a multi-touch interface. It also ran on something called iOS, which was like the brain of the phone. Even more exciting, the iPhone was like having three devices in one - an iPod, a phone, and an internet communicator. Can you imagine having all that in just one little device? It was truly revolutionary!
