Did you know that over 200 years ago a clever man named William Leigh made a clock that was put in a really cool place? The clock was put at the bottom of a special tower and had a big face at the top that everyone could see! But how did the hands move on the clock, you may ask? Well, there were special rods that went all the way up inside the tower and made the hands tick-tock their way around the face of the clock! Amazing, isn't it?
